Description
I decided to try a little more colorful character this time. Started painting right in color instead of my usual technique which is to make the complete painting in greyscale first and then color it. Results are more vibrant but it's trickier to get the values right this way. Done in Photoshop.
Edit: Went back and fixed a whole bunch of stuff. Balance was way off, some anatomical issues, added some details to the clothes, redid certain parts of the outfit, some better shading.

I really like the color blocking and simple yet elegant design. The colors pop and look very fantasy-esque. 
Two suggestions: I would make some wrinkles in the clothing where creasing happens, and I would make the chest smaller or the head bigger. They just feel really out of proportion to me. Only suggestions though
